ZenGPT: Stillness that speaks back.
What ZenGPT is
ZenGPT is a guided meditation app you talk to. Instead of scrolling a library and guessing what you need, you say how you're actually doing, whether that's anxious before a meeting, wired at midnight, or flat for no reason. ZenGPT composes a session for exactly that.
How ZenGPT works
Check in
A short chat about how you're doing, in your own words. No mood wheel, no scale. Just say what's going on, or tap one of the replies.
The right session for you
ZenGPT composes it around your check-in: the practice, your opening and closing, and the length, usually 5 to 20 minutes.
Become more zen
Press play, close your eyes, and let it land. You finish calmer than you started.
What makes ZenGPT different
You describe it, you don't categorize it
Every meditation app makes you translate a feeling into one of six tiles. ZenGPT is a conversation instead: whatever you're carrying, you can say it the way you'd say it to a person, and the session is built from that.
Any emotion, not a shortlist
Anxious, angry, numb, grieving, restless, overstimulated, lonely, wired, quietly fine. There's no fixed menu of moods to pick from, because the chat isn't matching a keyword. It's reading the situation.
Composed by people and AI, together
Each meditation is built the way good writing usually happens now, a person and a model working on it in turn, drafting and cutting until the pacing, the silences and the language are right. Then it's recorded once and kept. Nothing is improvised at you mid-session.
Six techniques underneath
Breath focus, body scan, visualization, loving-kindness, noting, and grounding, matched to what you described and rotated so you don't hear the same session twice in a week.
Questions
What is ZenGPT?
ZenGPT is an AI personalized guided meditation app. You start with a short chat about how you're doing; ZenGPT picks the meditation that fits the situation and wraps it in a spoken opening and closing written for your name, your mood, and the intention you set. The meditations themselves are composed by people working with AI, then recorded once and reused.
How does the chat work?
The home screen is a conversation, not a menu. You type how you're feeling, or tap one of the replies it suggests, and ZenGPT asks a question or two before offering a session to start. You never pick a category or scroll a library.
What moods and emotions does ZenGPT handle?
All of them. There is no fixed list of moods to choose from: anxious, angry, numb, grieving, restless, overstimulated, lonely, wired, or perfectly fine and wanting to stay that way. Because you describe the situation in your own words, ZenGPT can match a meditation to it rather than to the nearest available label.
How is a ZenGPT meditation personalized?
From the check-in chat, plus how your last session landed and the time of day. That picks the meditation from ZenGPT's library and writes the spoken opening and closing around you. The body of the meditation is pre-written and pre-recorded; the personalized parts are the opening and closing, rendered in the same voice.
How long are the meditations?
Between 5 and 20 minutes. You don't set it on a slider. ZenGPT proposes a length from how much time you sound like you have, and offers that session to start.
What meditation techniques does ZenGPT use?
Breath focus, body scan, visualization, loving-kindness, noting, and grounding. Sessions are tagged by technique, mood, and theme, and ZenGPT avoids repeating a meditation you've heard in the past week.
